This is our country for chrissakes. What can make you feel better than knowing that you're helping out your own people in a time of need?

$1, $5, $100, it doesn't matter. Every little bit helps. If every American citizen donated $1 theyd probably have raised more than they already have. If being cheap is your problem, it's all tax deductable.

We have 60,000 subscribers to Elite Fitness News. About a third are also registered for the boards. But many more than 60,000 visit the boards as guests each week. And yes, if you have multiple personalities, you should give twice!
