Girlfriend and her liver? Post cycle?

Hey. My girlfriend has liver issues. She swears that if she has more than one drink it messes it up. Skin issues etc. Also been tested as having liver issues. My question. Would N2 post cycle be good for her? Anything in it a female can't have? Would it boost her libido as secondary side effect? . Thanks
