Girl tryin to lose fat, gain lots of strength and power, what are good supplements?

Hey guys. I'm new to bodybuilding and I'm not so much an aspiring bodybuilder as I want to get really healthy and really strong. I breakdance and I really do need alot of power for power moves and right now, jsut hitting the gym 5 days a week isn't cutting it. I also have lsot alot of weight and even with dieting, can't seem to shed the last 15 pounds or so of fat that is still on the abdomin so I'm looking to do that as well in this process.

My goals that I want to achieve through exercise, weight lifting, dieting, and these stackers is to-
-Get down to probably under 10% BF
-Have tons of energy for the gym
-Get much more powerful (without terribly huge arms)
My goal is to have someone look at me and go, "Wow, that girl could kick my ass." Not, "Wow, is that a girl or a guy with long hair?" haha.

But looks really aren't as improtant to me as being able to do the things I want during breakdancing and having the strength to do things like handstand pushups.

So my real question is what supplements should I be taking, or which ones would you recommend I take to achieve the goals I have listed? I would prefer ephedra-free products and obviously, the healthier supplements I can take, the better.

i always found it funny how girls wanna excercise but they dont wanna get huge arms. unless u have insane genetics i highly doubt ur arms will grow so much in a year off lean muslce gains that they will look to big to you....
that being said i would recomen picking up some cardio breeze from the AF store. use that in the morning with some good cardio on an empty stomach.... cardio is going to be ur key to loosing weight... also try to take in a lotta protein and less carbs and fats....

also imo i find many girls trying to loose fat dont want to eat after they work out... after u work out, it is important to east some carbs and some protein or else all the excercise u did is just going to break your muscles down more then build them up and tone them
 
See, I'm doing all of that. I do cardio everyday, it's called dancing, and I've been doing it for 5 years. I dance about 15 hours a week, and thats all the cardio my hips and knees can take because dancing has my lower half of my body shot to sh*t. I go to the gym at leats 4 days a week and do hardcore weightlifting. After that, I go straight home and get as much protein in me as possible. Im now taking NO-Xplode before workouts for extra energy.

I need something to give me more power and strength in general without huge mass gains. My arms have grown alot in the last 8 months that I've been steadily going to the gym. I have an arm circumfrance of 11 1'2 inches, 12 1/2 flexed so thats why I'm saying I don't want to get too much larger, although I wouldn;t mind it terribly, but I do need power so thats why I'll ask again what supplements can I take to drop this last bit of fat and what supplements will help me gain power strength, and some muscle mass?
