I need a little bit of advice. First, is it necessesary to take an anti-estrogen while using GHRP-6? What is a good dosage to use for maximum muscle gains and body fat loss?

Peptides don't require anti-estrogen's bro, so your good to go without them.

actually GHRP 6 can cause prolactin build up.. an anti e won't fix that if that's what you are worried about..

but it's not like using tren or anything your nips won't start leaking..

Regular HGH does that for me, I ahven't had any issues with GHRP.
Everyone is different though, as many people I know don't bloat like I do on HGH.

yea, GH will cause bloat on me, but i'll still do it at lower doses, the wife will not at all since it bloats her to the tune of 5 lbs of water..

I can't do ghrp 6 due to the increase appetite

I prefer Ipamorelin 2mg to GHRP but like most things give it a try see if it gets you the results you want/need
