I am going on a year of gh and have did some research that says you should use t4 with it to help get best results.
Many will tell you to use t3 but it will negate the gh in the body.

Watch out for T3. Approximately 20% of the population has a very sensitive thyroid and even a gently cycle of it can kill your thyroid.

I have to take it for the rest of my life and it is not pleasant. I went through hell with depression and mood swings before I got diagnosed for having a bad thyroid. IMO the risks clearly outweigh the benefits with thyroid meds.
