GH with IGF

Igf in the long run will NOT yeild the same type of gains as HGH.

I've run them both at the same time and IGF has great short term benefits........

GH when asimilated into the system turns into IGF, so using both will be an over kill, besides IGf is cheaper.........

I disagree 100%....i've run both simultaneously with GREAT success....if you do a search you will see many posts where i have commented on the synergistic effect i have noticed when combining these two!

No he's right, hGH converts to IGF-1. Using them both would be almost doubling your hGH in the short run. Although stallion is right, great in the short run but not as good as hGH in the long run. So run IGF-1 more!

Who here runs IGF with their GH?

I've ran both, and I've seen feedback here and from my clients about running GH and IGF-1 together. I found it to be a waste. GH alone did the job. :coffee:

It really depends on your dosages and predisposition. GH speeds up growth for sure.
