From all I have read you do not neccesarily need insulin. You can obtain good results from just eating 6-7 times a day, with at least two meal, drinks, ect timed around the injections. As you know you will experience a insulin spike from each of the meals. I would make sure the meals around injection time contain some sugars, a decent amount of calories and carbs to ensure a spike.
As far as T3 I can find no way around it yet... I know of no natural way to cause the body to produce more. And of course if you start T3 6 weeks is the outside that it can be safely be used. Beyond that and you risk permanent thyroid suppresion... I am still researching this subject, there has to be another way!!!
