gh stak

Is the gh stak by muscle link worthless or worth a try? I was reading in sept. ironman and it said it was alright but I wanted to see if someone had actually used it. I asked someone else I knew who used it he said it was alright too but hes the type that weighs 200 one day and 180 the next.

Agreed, while thus cute amino acid mixtures could elevate hgh production some, they fall very short elevating it as much as eating a nice juicy steak. Eating a high protien, moderate to low carb diet, and doing high reps workouts with short rest periods between sets would be the best method to elevated blood serium levels of hgh without the use of drugs. Studies have shown all 3 of these methods to be effective. BTW, while those dextrose/whey post workout drinks have benefits, they will reduce hgh production. All hi gi carbs do so in the human body. Bear in mind that that hgh isn't everything, and is not the most anabolic hormone in the body to be honest with you. Nor is insulin for that matter. Testosterone, igf-1 and potentially some prostiglandins are more anabolic to muscle tissue.
