GH, possibly GH/slin bridge?

Anyone tried it as a bridge? If so, does it help you keep full, while still gaining and getting leaner? Does it do anything? Worth it? Mama mia?
 
I have done a GH bridge before for 6 weeks. I lost no size or strength. Granted it wasn't that long, but it seemed like it would work for longer periods of time. I will be bridging for 10 weeks at the end of August with GH, and will see if it yeilds the same results.

Nobody loves gh more than I, but I've never noticed any truly anabolic effects from it at 2-4iu/ed.

As far as slin is concerned, I've never found it to be of use unless I was on at the time. When I'm off, it's useless.

kbrkbr - Hey bro. I've been on chat mostly. Just found I wasn't learning much over here anymore. What is it you like about GH then and how much do you use? Also, I've tried slin briefly while off as well and got nothing. BUT, I gather it is because shooting the slin inhibits our own natural GH hence it sort of negates the effects of the slin. SO, that's why slin works WAY better with GH or gear.

Anyone able to help here please?
 
Using slin/GH/creatine as a bridge right now. Ended the cycle at 202. Three weeks later, 203. I actually look leaner than when I was "on" and my bodyfat has actually dropped. I used short acting gear when I was on so three weeks off is truly three weeks off. My lifts have ALL increased dramatically, when I was plateaued my last four weeks with gear.

Shit yeah. You got me excited. What doses brother? Lay it all out for us. What gear did you use before as well? Any adverse sides?

My methods are very risky, so take caution when trying them. The reason for the timing of the shakes and meals are to catch the peak times of the different insulins, not onset time. Also, need to keep in consideration the duration of the slins as this will the outcome of your results.

Humalog: 15 min onset, peaks 45-60min. duratoin 3 hours (not 1)
Humalin R: 30 min. onset, peaks 60-90 min., peaks again at 120 min., duration is 6 hours (not 4)

I follow the 7grams of carbs/unit of slin, this will vary for each individual however, so be carefull.

Creatine used was AST Creatine, and Sans V12.

GH: serostim 4 units/ED

The trickery: Do the GH shots after clearance of Insulin, VERY IMPORTANT.

Week 1: Humalin R 12 units 7:30
After 25 min, shake of creatine, dextrose (34g), V12, protein. 7:55
After 45min. carbs 50g. 8:15

2 1/2 hour later: same shake 10:00

2:00 GH injection

Post workout: Humalog 12 units, 8:00
8:15: shake as above
8:35: meal of 50g of carbs

After that, the proceeding weeks I switched to Humalog in the morning and night, the first week of Humalin was just so the Insulin would be in my body longer during the day to upload all the nutrients I needed. Humalog is quick in, and quick out, thats why I used it for the remaining weeks, so I wouldnt get fat.
 
I was thinking of using humalog only post-workout and then shooting the GH first thing in the AM so that it wouldn't interfere with my natural GH secretion at bedtime. Also, how many weeks did you run the slin for? Well, i guess you're at week 3 now but how long will you go?

I will run it for another week. Only 4 weeks, then layoff for at least 8-12 weeks. All my gains have stayed thus far. I actually get excited coming off the cycle, due to the effectiveness of the bridge.

So you've done this bridge before? Do you find you still gain with just GH alone, or at the least continue to lean up and hold onto muscle?

I took my shots pre-workout and right before bed. I believe that you need to run the GH ED, not 5on/2off. I tried both ways and ED is better. The slin bridge is something that I might try. If I were you I would not start your GH when you start your bridge. I would start the GH with your AAS, then use the GH during off time. It takes a while to see results. I don't know what your planning, just giving you my 2cc.

Have done a creatine/slin bridge with very similiar results. The GH does not react that quick so I know its the slin/creatine combo and timing for me. Once the GH kicks in, we'll see how the results come out. Always ran GH with gear, not with slin. Of course now when I am on, I will obstain from GH and slin until post cycle. I am different in that I need something to look forward to when coming off, dont like to do GH for long periods of time. The GH will help in maintaining your gains from the gear and 4 week slin cycle, and yes, it WILL lean you up without gear. Not from personal experience, but from my training partners (2 of them) experience.

Nathan, I'm 47so gh packs a big wallop for me. As little as 2 iu/ed allows me to eat like a teenaged boy and STILL lose fat. Since I can't tolerate stimulants, gh is the best fat burner I've ever used. I've even started using it for spot reduction, shooting it into my double chin and love handles. If I had fat cheeks, I'd be blasting it there, too. I have a riot with this stuff. (Obviously, I'm amused easily.)

Gh also helps me recover from injuries faster. Since turning 40, I've been prone to muscle tears/pulls that seemed to take forever to heal until I discovered gh. four years ago, I was doing hammer curls when I got a stabbing pain in my forearm that caused me to drop the dumbell, and that muscle was sore -- I kid you not -- for almost a year. Last year I did the same frigging thing to the opposite arm, but I happened to be on gh at the time and it healed in about 8-10 weeks.

I work in an industry that values youth beyond all sane proportions, so I'm hoping that gh will eventually regrow some lost hair and tighten the lines starting to sprout around my eyes.
