I am basically on the same regimen: 2iu GH , 6 iu slin on workout days. I take 1 iu when I wake up and 1 with the slin along with protein, glutamine, creatine, and enough carbs to counter hypoglycemia.
But what I am wondering is would it be more productive to take all of the GH in the morning. GH is insulin resistant.
I don´t know what else to say, because I haven´t studied the subject intensely. From searching the posts, nobody seems to address this.
