am getting bloodwork done to try and get on GH HRT. does anyone know a method of temporarily dropping GH values? test values i know how to play with, but GH is very different. am 33 y/o

I am throwing out some ideas without to much thought so bear with me.

They don't actually measure GH levels. It is too difficult. So they measure IGF-1 levels. So my theory is that you want to drop IGF-1 levels even if GH increases.

Again, I may be wrong on this, but this is how I understand it

GH + insulin + estrogen = IGF-1. I know it is more complex than this but insulin and estrogen influence IGF-1 from GH. To lower insulin go on a starvation diet. Actually your body will respond by increasing GH but it should decrease IGF-1. IGF-1 is a growth factor. When you are starving it makes no sense for your body to be in a growth state. At the same time, take l-dex to drop your estrogen levels. Maybe the two together leading up to the test will drop IGF-1 levels. Androgen also increase IGF-1 levels, so a good type would be during the recovery period after a cycle.

In addition, stop all forms of exercise a week before and get as little sleep as possible. Since the biggest spikes of GH happen during heavy exercise and during sleep.

Best suggestion I can think of is to drastically reduce your arginine intake for a period of one or two days prior to the test, and sleep-deprive yourself immediately leading up to it.

It's a shotgun approach, but it might work.

thanx guys, useful advice. so my current gameplan is to get my bloodwork done at the end of a cycle, before i kick in with hcg or clomid. i'll being going on short food, and short sleep (probably on an ECA stack). stay out of the gym for a week? that i wouldn't be able to do, but i'll go on a skills/sparring/cardio routine that will truly beat me down. anyone else have any other advice on reducing IGF-1?

Honestly, I dont think this is worth for a prescription for GH, do you realize how much it costs to pay for a single month's dosage of GH from a US pharmacy? Too damn much!

Most likely the doc will only prescribe a lower dosage IU daily... but then again, I really dont have experience in this HGH field, just my two IU's
