Gh dose for a track athlete

im a d-1 hurdler and have reasonable experience with gear, but everyone that has been envolved with the top levels of track and field tell me that gh is what all of the top pros use for speed, and to get their hard cut look. i know that drugs don't make a athlete, or a champ, u need tallent and i have quite a bit of that tallent, but i need something that is going to take me to that next level, and i think gh is what im looking for. i already have used winny, masteron, prop and ethenate before, so don't tell me to use those first, because i already have in the past. what kinda doses of gh am i going to need to take to get faster, and that look that all of the olympic sprinters have like mo green and Michael johnson, not to get big but lean and faster(i already have a good build, so i already know that diet, training and rest play a large role, so just assume that i am doing that correctly) please, only respond to this post if u have either prior first hand experience with this issue, or have first hand knowledge with gh.

how much of a difference should i notice after a few months in my track times?(a few months, because i hear that it takes a while for the gains to start kicking in) and r the gains that u results off of continuis use worth the money, or even close to worth it?

I would definitely not start out with 6 IU per day. How much you should take really has nothing to do what you do in life. It has more to do with your age than anything. However, to find your optimal dose, or what it takes to get you to levels you had when you were in your 20's, or younger, you'd need to get some blood testing. Or, alternatively, you could simply start out on a lite dose and work your way up. By a lite dose, I mean 1 IU per day. Then, after a few months, go up to 2 IU's per day, and so on. If you don't, you run the risk of getting Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, which is very painful and can cause numbness in your hands and fingers. Who knows how much it will help your track times, or if it will even help at all. If you're running track, you must be quite young. If that's the case, you probably don't need gh. If you take excessive doses when in fact your body doesn't need it, then you run the risk of feeling pain in some or most of your joints and I would venture to guess that would make you go down on your times. Those are the cold, hard facts, brother. hth

Dont expect GH to make you feel like the anabolics do. GH is very slow and steading and will work very well with anabolics but I do not think it will do you much good by itself.

Good luck.

If you do use it I think you can get by with 3-4 per day.

A good friend of mine in college was a track athlete. He took 3iu a day. He also got his GH free from his MD Dad. He was the most ripped guy I knew in college. Ahhh, those were the days.....

about your friend, what was his event, was he very fast, and do u know if he used gh by its self? the reason i ask is because that is the dose that my dude im getting it from told me to use. but thats funny, do u think it was the gh that made him so ripped, because so many older lifters on this board tell me that it won't help me because im in my 20's and im too young to get gains off of it, but see that doesn't make sence to me

1. you will make positive physiological gains with gh alone.

2. Use 2-4 i.u.'s, im thinking the speed you get will come from the results of the higher amount of volume of training you will now be able to do as a result of Gh use.

3. watch your sodium intake, Gh will make you retain water, the added water weight gain will not help your speed.
*high dosages is diffrent for evryone see at what dosages make you hold water

no research to back it up, just real world evidence with working with bodybuilders.

Bulk,
I'm pretty sure all he took was GH. He said one time that was all his Dad felt safe giving him. He was a sprinter:200,400. We went to a Big Ten school, he was VERY fast.

I'm a sprinter in college and looking for an edge as well. From what I've heard GH would not be a good thing to use until later twenties, some peoples bones aren't fused yet. I'm thinking about an anavar cycle since I'm 18 but I don't know about NCAA testing. Any info?
