Hey all was wondering, in your opinions, which is superior for muscle gains and which causes less sides? I'm planning on doing one of the two, but have yet to make up my mind. In the past I have done 3 cycles and my last cycle, which was a gram frontload of test e and 500 mgs after for 7 weeks, I gained around 20 pounds and kept most of it. Problem was I also gained more fat that I wanted. Any suggestions??
