Gh and Insulin Timing

What kind of insulin should I use while on Gh ? I have used humilin-r in the past without GH, but was wondering if I should use a slower acting insulin with Gh. Also should I use insulin twice a day or just before or after I workout? I with be using 6 ius of Gh daily 2 ius 3 times a day. Morning Noon and before I work out at 6.

I just did mornings... My friends prefer morning and noon with the GH. I think slin post work out is a great idea... you slam all that protien and carbs into the muscles...
I will be doing morning and noon shots of GH next time with slin in the morning and post work out.
Everyone seems to do it different. I guess you have to find what works right for you.
