I will finish PCT in couple of weeks and will start to reduce body fat further more.

W3-4 clen
W5-6 ECA
W7-8 Clen

should I use benadryl or keto in between?
If I decided to use GH W1-12 how many IU?

Since both clen and ephedrine targets the beta receptors i would definately be using benadryl or keitofen on such a regimen.

I don't think 12 weeks is worth it with gh. If it is supposed to be the start of a longer run with the purpose of reducing bf i think 2-3 Iu ed would do the trick nicely.

I would not recommend going keto on gh. It seems that we need some carbs to get the full effect of the gh.

I like ruuning HGH in longer cycles but I would run it
2-4 iu daily if its a good brand HGH.
