I'm a guy, those are just my initials in my handle. I'm 6'1", 210lbs.. not sure on my bf% I've never used anything before. In fact, I've been training incorrectly for years, and my diet has been shit. So, I've got decent bi's, tri's, back, and chest for someone in my position.. but the last 6 months I've been really serious, and working out with an ex-college football player. I don't have a six pack, but I'm not fat (stomach doesn't hang over pants) You can see a 4 pack when I flex (I know, pathetic) I build muscle easy, so bulking won't be a problem. I really want to shed my body fat before going on a bulking cycle so that the excess fat, and water retention gained during a bulking cycle won't be added on to what I already have. I'd like to start fresh. I'm pretty sure a nice clean cutting cycle would really bring out my bodys potential because everyone says I have a good build. By the way, I'm working a lot harder on the Diet, and using this forum for help! So, any advise on dosages, expectations, calorie intake, protein intake would all be nice. I've been trying to take in 200g of protien a day.
