I have tried to find answer to my question on various boards, but I was not lucky.
I am in diet now. I CAN NOT use AS during my diet, only GH, because I will be tested several times.
Question is simple: what dosages in the range 2-12 IU per day should I use and is it enough to keep my muscles? And also should I increase or decrease dosage on training or free days? And last question, I know that most of you recommend to inject full dosage of GH in the morning right after you wake up. Is it right? Or should you use it twice a day?
