OK...this past semester has been so incredibly busy but now that time has freed up, I'm looking at pumping again. I know what workout I'm doing. Now I need to know how much protein I should be taking in daily...i weigh 155lbs. Also...does anyone know of a site where I can find high protein/calorie snacks or easy to make meals?
BTW...I have a lightning metabolism so don't worry about high fat stuff...I honestly don't care if I put on a little fat.
