Getting started again...

OK...this past semester has been so incredibly busy but now that time has freed up, I'm looking at pumping again. I know what workout I'm doing. Now I need to know how much protein I should be taking in daily...i weigh 155lbs. Also...does anyone know of a site where I can find high protein/calorie snacks or easy to make meals?

BTW...I have a lightning metabolism so don't worry about high fat stuff...I honestly don't care if I put on a little fat.

I think the general agreement is about 1g to 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight.

i agree with gymrat, 1 to 1.5, 300 would be really high and hard to get especially if you are in school. though if u want to bulk it isnt bad to consider around 2 X bw in carbs, 2 X bw in protein, and 1Xbw in unsaturated fats. but saying 300 at least i dont htink is accurate.
