Getting rid of wrinkles?

All of a sudden i noticed i'm looking like crap, (probably always did) but now its starting to bug me, (big 40 around the corner) I work in the sun and live in the tropics, that, and the fact that i have suffered/ing with acne has turned my face to shit, mainly around the mouth.

Besides surgery/lasers and injections.

What lotion, treatment has been used with success ? are there any creams or supplements that actually worked on anyone out there?

Try microdermabrasion- kind of like a form of sandblasting your face-though it doesn't hurt. Five or six sessions will eliminate pretty much all the smaller superficial wrinkles on your face-and requires no time to heal. You're just a little red right after the procedure.That and Retin-A which will strip off layers of your skin-slowly-to reveal smoother skin.
No creams or moisturizers will really do anything of substance- although alpha-hydroxy's and glycolic acid lotions will smooth out your skin some-but, verrrrry slowly.
