Gonna see what this stuff can do for my abs.

I was talking to this guy who works out here the other day and asked him if he has ever heard of Seasapure.

He asked me if I ever heard of running.. :)

Why?

Should just run some intervals and eat right.

Prolly true.

But for me... I cannot stand cardio... so I ain't running, bitch. Fuck off.

I think he's eating kinda starvation mode still a little, which doesn't help.

Bro I do eat right and run. I'm 38 so my years of not doing those things have taken a toll. I need a little help getting the rest of the gut off and figured I would try this and see what it can do. With the other stuff of course.

I like cardio once I get used to it. I ran some stairs and did intervals this morning and feel good now. The first few times I did it I was hating life. Only took maybe 40 minutes.

Plus, sprints don't feel like cardio to me. Just picking a speed on a treadmill does, and I hate that shit.

You need to repeat that twice daily.

Until you are not fat.

Growing to hate the treadmill. Takes too much time. Thats why I really want to get into more raquetball or something that is fun and is great cardio. Plus i like to play that for like 2 hours or so.

I figure it has to be with what it does.

Not necessarily bro. Depends on half life.

With Clen, I took it all before noon - as long as I did that, I had no problems sleeping.

One of the reasons Clen was not FDA approved was because of it's long half life. I'd guess whatever stims seaspure uses don't have that long of a half life. Take it as early in the day as possible.

Bro, I came up w/ a good alternative to traditional cardio. Take 7-8 exercises that will hit at least each body once. Set the weight where you can do reps of 20-25 fairly easy but not too easy. Perform each exercise back to back w/o rest(one to the next). Once you've done all 7 or 8 exercises rest for 60-90sec. and repeat 4 more times. It shouldn't take but about 25 minutes to complete. It's pretty tough but doesn't take that long.
