That's a really nice looking house and piece of land you've got there. Something like that in San Diego would cost a couple million.
Me too, I think it's a cherry blossom; plus i just noticed a blue jay nest in it too. The property was professionally landscaped thank god so I don't have to worry about that. There is a ton of variety and most all of it blooms. On the downside I've seen a shit ton of bee's today

Insects don't like cedar because it's aromatic fragrance. I think it would have the opposite effect on bee's. they are drawn to sweet smells.
Check out all of the shit the previous owner left me; items include: lawn mower, edger, weed wacker, wood chipper, gas leaf blower, gas pruner, patio furniture, every shovel and rake you can think of, enough cleaning supplies for the next year, a 5ft gun safe and this kick ass colombian machete I just found!
