there is no rapid diagnostic test for reproductive endocrinology. you go to a lab and give a blood sample where it is taken to an immunochemistry analyzer (or spun down to a syrum first if the analyzer orders)
they can check fsh, lh, estradiol, progesterone, hcg, uncongugated estriol, prolactin, testosterone, and a few others. if you think your pregnant you can get a home pregnancy kit for hcg with a urine sample
