whats up guys, newbie here. I started my new cutting diet and clen cycle on monday this week. I have hit the cardio for 45 mins every morning this week, and will start weights next week with cardio. I AM PUMPED UP ABOUT IT! I am 6' 250lbs and want to get down to 210 or so. I am committed as hell about it. just wanted to get it off my chest! holla!
