Gettin ready for cycle

Ok so heres my cycle i want to start takin it soon withen a week or 2.

250mg test e/week for 10 weeks
50mg winny/day for 7 weeks

now i want to know how to run arimidex. I have 50mg of it. I want to run it on cycle just to be cautious and prevent the sides of gyno. How much should i run of it?

and for winny should i split it in half and take 2 daily doses? i would think yes since its a short half-life.

by the way having a thicker head of hair does that mean anything when it comes to mpb, because my hair is pretty thick? if i can remeber correctly everyone on my mom side has there hair but my grandma is balding a little

i wouldnt really use it unless i needed it but if u wanna cruise with it .25 ED or .5mg EOD

Bro, you been here long enough I think you know what dose you should run your a-dex. Don't second guess yourself with what you have learned. If you really don't know the answers, you aren't ready yet. I'm just being straight up. You have to be aware of everything that could possibly come up, and know how to deal with it and have the proper tools to do it.


ADEX typically is run .25 or .5mg EOD for the average beginning user. So, if your adex is a 1mg pill, break it into a fourth, and pop it everyother day. 1mg should last a week. At 250mg, you probably won't even need adex at all. Winny has SHBG binding qualities which will also lower estrogen a little.

don't use it unless you need it. you probably won't need it because by the time the test is fully built up you'll already be on the winstrol. imo i would only use it if gyno symptoms appear.

also i'd use var/primo instead of win. this was basically my first cycle, two things i would have done differently, i would have used var/primo instead of winstrol (joint issues) and i would have upped the test dose a bit (about 350-400 a week prob)

ya, i just like to have people confirm my thoughts. I am very gyno prone i know that since i have gyno that i got during pubery, and it has never gone away. I kno winny has a anti-e property so i was thinking mayb take the armidex after the winny is out, to help prevent the gyno. People say take it once u see symptoms but then its to late in my opinion.

If you are positive that you will get gyno from this, definitely pop .5mg the day before you inject your first, and then run .25 EOD the rest of the time.

You're right, once you get symptoms, you are too late. Should have some nolva with you too, I hope. If you know you're prone, just prevent.
