I fully agree that Liquidex is the way to go as it helps with bloat and helps reduce the amount of test aromitizing to estrogen.
However, I'd still ALWAYS recommend to newbies to have Nolvadex on hand. I was running Liquidex @ .50mg/ED (too low IMO) for the first two weeks and bumped it to 1mg/ED when I noticed the onset of gyno. Nolvadex killed the itchiness, irritability, etc and the size hasn't changed. I've only been on the Nolva a few days now so we'll see if it goes away (Femera is next). But my point on this is Liquidex does not replace Nolvadex. Liquidex should ALWAYS be used and Nolvadex should be available/on hand.
