German Test Prop. ??

I haven't been able to find good info on this. A bro has some prop by ALVETRA named TESTOVIT. It is in a brown 10ml vial....100mg/ml and made in west germany. The packaging looks shady to me..is this stuff bunk ? Anybody heard of or used it ? Anyone have pics of it and are there known counterfeits of it ?
