I think they are trying to say "you were chopped to death by the mad German. Greet the devil".

"Begrussen Sie" means "(you / formal) greet, and in that construction is a command....I think."

Germans use Teufel like we would use "God" we would not say "greet the God", rather, just "greet God". They would say the same for devil, almost like "Greet Satan".

So again - you have been chopped to death by the mad german. greet the devil - is my take on it.

Also the Begrussen Sie is not in Imperative mode, but it does work like a command or an invitation (either way)

Then again, depending on were you got this from:

hacken is choppintg, gehackt is the past form, so it should mean CHOPPED, but if you got this from a website, they use HACKING in english and combine it with the past German tense... so in this case: GEHACKT will mean simply HACKED
