You should have a sheet of paper with the nutritional info on it in the shipping box. Mine did.

2 scoops is 60 grams?!?! Yikes! I've been making my shakes with 3 scoops and drinking 2 shakes a day plus a Myoplex shake. No wonder I've been gaining weight!!!!

No, the new instructions, as of Monday, say to use 3 scoops to get the 60 g of protein.

How To Take
Add 2 to 3 heaping scoops to 6-8 ounces of cold water, milk or your favorite beverage. Blend and enjoy!

Quantity
If you use one 60g serving (3 heaping scoops) per day, you'll get about two weeks out of each 2 lbs container.
