George Recommend's Chrysin?

Hey Guys,

Just started my first cycle yesterday (woo hoo!), I have clomid for after my cycle, but was reading in George's encyclopedia that you should take Chrysin during your cycle to prevent estrogen aromatization as well.

So, I went out to my favorite store today and picked some up. Then, I did a search on this board for some dosage advice and was a bit surprised to find that most people say Chrysin is crap.

What's the real deal?

Body has trouble absorbing it, try Quercitin, but neither replace real anti-estrogens.
