George - do you really recommend Chrysin?

Hey Guys,

Just started my first cycle yesterday (woo hoo!), I have clomid for after my cycle, but was reading in George's encyclopedia that you should take Chrysin during your cycle to prevent estrogen aromatization as well.

So, I went out to my favorite store today and picked some up. Then, I did a search on this board for some dosage advice and was a bit surprised to find that most people say Chrysin is crap.

What's the real deal?

It is effective but you need lots of it -- 2 grams a day is best. Most people do not take enough.

Be better off with clomid it's alot cheaper.

Personally, I would recommend armidex/liquidex over chrysin. But if you are unable to obtain armidex or liquidiex, then 2g or more of chrysin a day is better than no protection.
