Thanks, but I've got a six-hour drive coming up soon... going to go rack three new servers to get this site up off its knees and back in the number one performance spot.

Nobody is more upset about this whole situation with the certificates than George. He doesn't punch a time clock -- he's up at all hours and always on the go. He literally can't turn on his PMs (I'm sure his browser would melt if he tried), and that frustrates him horribly. The support board gets a load of spam that you would not believe.

But you understand that no one who is as driven as he is would let this go on much longer. It's simply not in his nature. His pride won't let it. The guy is simply swamped and that's all there is to it.

Hey. Something of this nature would have been a good idea like a week ago. NOT, telling your mods to lock threads, and tell us to use the support link if you knew that it's a work in progress/non functional. Doesnt make sense. Seriously.

Swamped with work? I get swamped with work too. We all do. Does that give a company/business a reason to be unethical? I dont think so.

Im still not a fan.

Dunk...I can understand how you feel because I am in the same boat as you. I used the certificate and got billed too.

I agree with you that it is a crappy way to do business. I feel as though George will do the right thing and reimburse everyone that got sucked into this. I don't think he intentionally did this.

There have been screw ups before and George has always come back and made things right.

I've used the customer support link too several times and nothing has come of it. Then I get told to not make multiple or duplicate tickets because that justs slows things down. I can't make heads or tales of the advice I am getting as to following proper protocol in filing these things so I just sort of gave up and now waiting to see what is going to happen.

In the real world of trade a business could not keep it's doors open doing these things but I guess it is different on the internet.

It's a waiting game now and it looks as though we have to just sit tight until George addresses the complaints.

Good luck with it and maybe future things will get better organized because of this.

And dont let George get too down on this, he's a great guy and we all trust him. Just bringing some levity to the situation and busting his balls. Even George has got to laugh at this. We dont blame you guys for anything, its all Lestat's fault :heart: :heart: :heart: :heart: :heart:
 
YO guys, it wasn't my intention for people to get charged, I worked with George on getting those setup and out. Seems like some worked ok and other's didn't, it will get straightened out.

the home team was cheering all excited and shit when USC assumed the lead with 3 minutes to play
and that was a hairy 3 minutes mind you
BTW USC was favored by 24.5
