The more I research about steroids, bodybuilding, etc. the more I get discouraged... i mean, is it true that once you hit your genetic limit that's it? No more growth? Only maintenance, and if you don't maintain you shrink? Also, how do you know when you've hit your limit, and if so, can using AAS with proper nutrition, PCT, and good workouts help you to maintain a bodyweight/size that's above your limits?
When i began lifting i was about 20 my bench was 185 max
my arms were 12 1/2 I weighed 150lbs
lifted for about year bench went up to about 250 arms 14 1/2 weight to 170 natual and all..
I had taken time off after that weight went back to around 160 I had stopped lifting for about 7-8 months arms went to 13 1/2
started back was able to do 185 for sets of 5 so i was still stronger then when i started. and i was still bigger.. and my size came back full in only 5 weeks. muscle memory is wonderful.
I have had many layoff since then in my 9years of lifting.tore my ACL

And my arms have never gone under 15 in the last 7 years..
I dont buy the whole genetic limit thang. I do believe you should have some knowlege before jumping in and you should learn how U'r body works.
Also it is easier for your body to keep muscle than it is to build muscle. Yes your body will only be able to hold on to so much muscle because of it the envirnment it is provided.
You can really gain from steroids yes .. U can also keep alot of it.
but alot of the time guys may gain like 30 and only keep 15 and in my book 5-10lbs is a lot of muscle.. but there is a lot to learn..
Also if you want to keep most of your size you will need to keep lifting
but maintaining the muscle is easy once you have it. U could get away with once a week full body pussy work out..
