Generaly how long before acne starts?

I know everyone is diff but I'd like to get an idea when I should be expecting it.

I hardly ever get acne during a cycle. Its about 2 or 3 weeks after the cycle is over that the acne starts. Its always the same, mostly on the shoulders and back. It lasts a long time for me, sometimes months before it starts going away.

I usually get acne about half way into my cycle and it continues full throttle until about 2 months after i finish.

Never get it ,but my buddy gets it all over on a cycle.I guess it hits every one dif.
