Says in the article that he and Rumsfield clashed about how to fight this time in Iraq. Rumsfield wanted a flashy techno, laser guided, robot war like all the other times. But Tommy Franks was against it. Since it didn't work last time, he opted to finish this one once and for all with a massive occupation.

I agree, the more American soldiers are kiled, the better.

Most of the soldiers are visible minorities anyway.
