trying to get an idea of what a nolvadex cycle should look like while on dbol and sust@500/wk for 10 wks.

None unless you need it. Tomaxafin reduces production of IGF-1 in the liver. If you get gyno symptoms then 20mg daily should cover it, but otherwise don't take it. Unless you're uncharicteristicly sensitive to estrogen at the dose of test you mentioned you should have no need for it.

Itchy nips, or nips that are ROCK- hard & sore all the time.

It wouldn't work against you if you did take it and not need it all that bad, would it??
