Geesh, do I hold water!

I've been doing CKD for about 9-10 weeks.....took last week off, nad gained a considerable amoutn of weight....I basically cheated all week. So I went back on it this week......I've lost 10 pounds since Monday morning.

Anyone else hold water and lose it this rapidly?

Lost 6 since monday, not CKD tho.

When I first started a CKD I lost about 10 pounds in a week. It was all water I guess.

Yeah..my first week was 10 pounds too...but I didn't expect to loose that again...figured my body would of adapted to it.

Nathan! I don't think I care for your attitude towards me today. And don't be thilly...you've seen my pics and asked for more.....you are just another Ef homo longing for my attention.

I lost 30 pounds in 3 months of CKD. The first 10 was the fastest.lol

I never cheated but when I came off I reintroduced carbs back in too quickly and gained back too fast. I really think the 4-6 week gradual increasing of carbs should be done post CKD.

I agree...but is tough.....how much did you gain back?

I've lost about 20 pounds. If I gain 20 back it'll be okay with me.

I gained back 15 -20 of the 30 I lost, but It was`nt all fat that was gained back.

I planned on the gradual increase in carbs but did`nt realise how fast I was upping the amounts. lol I should have DEFINATELY kept a log. I would have been fine.

The important thing is I know I can do it again if needed.
