ya know not everyone wants to be 400 pounds of hulk......
ive also asked my doctor/ orthopedic spine sugeon if he thinks it is a good idea if i would join a gym and lifts weights, he said that im pretty much healled and that he thought it was a good idea.... i asked him if there were any limitations as far as weight that he would have me stay away from, he said no do what your body allows you to...
i would never consider lifting heavy weights without the ok from the doc because you will never know what it feel like to come out of 360 spine fusion, you want to talk about pain you have no idea......
i am only 150 pounds and my job is very very strenuous i have to lift heavy ridged pipe and objects climb ladders and so on.....
a person would think that if im on the same job as one of you buff characters and we both did the same thing everyday that i would get hurt before you??????
i am affraid of that happeneing to me i never want to end up in the hospital again, i will never forget the painnnnn

i am not finding a new profession as im getting paid lots of money so i want to get bigger and im stuck at this point i mean im 15 pounds heavier but am stuck...., so id really appreciate advice from you guys as far as a work out plan ....
no disrespect by any means but im starting the test cycle tomorrow and could use you help, so please only positive feedback................

hope to here from you soon and i wish all of you happy gaining... thanks..

I personally would train a a month or maybe two in your case before starting your test cycle (btw what doses are you gonna be taking?) the thing is you are gonna have some strength gains and somewhat rapidly and at this point your body may be hard pressed to lift your maxes right now in your condition... one of the problems of AS use is muscle is growing at such a fast rate and you want to give your tendons and ligaments time to adjust to the kind of weight you are lifting!! that's why I don't mind my off cycle time... it gives me some time where my maxes don't increase and my body learns what it has to do!!
