I had a question to those of you that are juicing. Im going to be starting my first cycle but Im not sure how I should do my training exactly compared to the way ive been training naturally. Ive trained 2 ways naturally. The first way was I would workout 3 days in a week. On day 1 I would workout chest, triceps, shoulders, abs, Day 2-break, Day 3-workout legs, abs, Day 4 break, Day 5- Back, Biceps, Day 6&7 break. The second way which im currently doing is is I workout 5 days during the week. Day 1-Shoulders, abs, Day 2-Chest, Day 3-Back, abs, Day 4-Legs, Day 5-Chest, abs. I usually take close to a 3 min break in between sets cuz Im trying to gain the mass and Im lifting heavy. Now what do you guys think would be best while on cycle...I was thinking more of the 5 days a week due to higher recovery rate. Just so you know Im trying to bulk to hopefully be competing in a few years or so. Also another question would it be ok for me to take only a 1 min rest in between sets to incorporate more muscle tissue rather than the lame 3 mins while on cycle? I was thinking along the lines of 15 working sets for each muscle part do you think thats good or should I throw in some more. I just want to know what works well for you guys specially for gaining the mass. Ive done this naturally for 5 years now and want to make sure I dont overtrain my ass off while on cycle. Your input would be highly appreciated.
 
I was also thinking of doing the 5x5 training although I incorporate this on my squat, deadlift, bench...and a few others.

When I'm on juice I still train the same way, I like trainng heavy and so I concentrate on one body part a day so my typical training split is:

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Shoulders/Abs
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Bicep, tricep /ABs
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

The workouts usually take 45mins (1 hour max).

There's no way I can train like you doing chest, tri's, shoulders and abs. Phew...too much but it might work for you as everyone's different to how they train.

I'm mid way thru my cycle and loving it, gains are coming and strength is way up.
I'm also doing the 5x5 routine it fucking rocks cos you go heavy and its explosive it suits me just fine thanks to needsize.
