gear killing my sleep patterns? HELP

I'm on Test Enan 500, and Eq 600 per week. Now in Week 5 and I think that my restless sleep is ruining my strength.

As of week 5 I am enjoying good overall muscularity, and I know not to expect to see any real gains quite yet as the EQ takes its good old time to really show. I can honestly say that I know I am "ON", but not really blowing up. I have noticed the tell-tale signs that the EQ is starting to work, (my skin has that sunkissed glow like I've been tanning when I haven't.)

Here's my complaint: For the past 2-3 weeks, my sleep has been terrible.

I usually hit the sack around 11-11:30, and almost EVERY night I wake at 2:30am sweaty with my heart pounding.

I then head to the kitchen and eat cereal (everyone needs whole grains in the middle of the night) and enough milk to ensure that I get up again around 5:30 to piss again.

Sometimes the sweats continue, other times they don't. But one thing is for sure, I am not getting restful sleep. Now, a few weeks later, I am noticing that I wake up miserable. I never want to go to the gym in the AM, and if I wait till after work my workouts suck cause I lose my endurance. So to cure this I have tried taking some NO-EXPLODE to give me a boost. But if thats for a night-time workout, then I have the caffiene inhibiting my sleep. We all know the formula, GOOD DIET + BAD WORKOUT + NO SLEEP = NO GAINS.

Any thoughts, or help?

Is it stress and anxiety from the EQ?
 
had the same probs while on tren e.if u dont already then start taking zma and never stop the shit is great. it doesnt really knock me out but it gives a good deep sleep. I get up several times a night cause of drinking protien shakes and a newborn baby but as soon as i get back too bed its all good.
 
My first (and current) cycle was the same only I took the eq at 400mg and have had the same problems. It sounds retarded but nyquil actually really helps me sleep through
 
I have same problem when on tren but not Eq. I tried ZMA and it worked some went to Doctor and didn't tell him I was on tren but he figured it was from me going through my divorce so he prescribed me xanax and lunesta. I only take xanax on emergencies and take lunesta the rest of the time.
 
You're probably psyching yourself out of sleep... besides the sweating issue and waking up with racing heart.

Are you on any stimulants too?

I was taking some diuretics a few weeks ago at the onset of the problems, but have stopped taking them now. Since stopping them, the sweats are less problematic but I still get the heart pounding and anxiety feeling.

I do take NxCare Ripped (fat burner) twice daily. It contains caffiene about 200mg, but honestly i've taken a lot more stimulants in the past with less issues.
 
believe it or Not one large glass of Hot milk can do wonders

also Valerian, 5htp, and Melatonin may help
 
ZMA is the bomb. Also melatonin -- its been taughted as one of the best anti-aging supps as well as a sleep aid. I get crazy ass weird dreams on it for 2 hrs and then spend the rest of the night staring at the ceiling. So I chop the tabs in 1/2 and have been taking them before I go to bed, just as part of my regular regimen. I sleep like a rock all the time.

Love the stuff and no probs with dreams though I have heard this with some.

Another thing, it may take several nights to take effect but not for me.

Get the time released ones and you will sleep longer. I had the same issue of waking up in the middle of the night not being able to sleep.
 
My sleep isn't bad, per se, but it's definitely different when I'm on. I'm getting the minimum amount needed. It's just that I'm waking up early...about an hour earlier than I normally would. This happened on my last cycle too. The other thing is that I sleep better when I'm not under the covers...I can only seem to get comfortable on top of the covers with the ceiling fan blowing down on me. Normally, I can sleep under the covers without a problem, but when I'm on gear I tend to get hot easy.
