I'm on Test Enan 500, and Eq 600 per week. Now in Week 5 and I think that my restless sleep is ruining my strength.
As of week 5 I am enjoying good overall muscularity, and I know not to expect to see any real gains quite yet as the EQ takes its good old time to really show. I can honestly say that I know I am "ON", but not really blowing up. I have noticed the tell-tale signs that the EQ is starting to work, (my skin has that sunkissed glow like I've been tanning when I haven't.)
Here's my complaint: For the past 2-3 weeks, my sleep has been terrible.
I usually hit the sack around 11-11:30, and almost EVERY night I wake at 2:30am sweaty with my heart pounding.
I then head to the kitchen and eat cereal (everyone needs whole grains in the middle of the night) and enough milk to ensure that I get up again around 5:30 to piss again.
Sometimes the sweats continue, other times they don't. But one thing is for sure, I am not getting restful sleep. Now, a few weeks later, I am noticing that I wake up miserable. I never want to go to the gym in the AM, and if I wait till after work my workouts suck cause I lose my endurance. So to cure this I have tried taking some NO-EXPLODE to give me a boost. But if thats for a night-time workout, then I have the caffiene inhibiting my sleep. We all know the formula, GOOD DIET + BAD WORKOUT + NO SLEEP = NO GAINS.
Any thoughts, or help?
Is it stress and anxiety from the EQ?
