Gear info help guys

Hey guys hows it going hope i dnt get in trouble but just wanted to ask a question i orderd sum gear .the only thing is i orderd to.a.friends house do anybody know if they just drop off the package or do they need some one there to sign for .and last but not least what are the chances of the law getting involved .and what happends if order is ceased??? Help plz
