No its not legal. You are however allowed to have what the goverment calls a personal amount, what ever that is, anymore than that, you get busted for trafficing and intent to sell. If you have enough for a cycle and get caught, chances are you wont get charged.

Yeah you can buy pinz anywhere that has them.... but I have a hell of a time finding 22G 3ml 1" so I had to order a whole fuckin box....

Oh well I'll have to get some more juice to fill them...
