Gear after surgery

Hey i wanted to know what people think about gear after surgery. I was a prior college football player but i blew out my right ACL and Meniscus twice which somewhat ended my career. I was wondering if any type of gear would help me recover better so i don't blow it out again..Its there something that is better for ligaments than others I tend to be hard on my ligs cause i was 255lbs running a 4.5/40. after my second surgery i dropped down to 235 to be easer on my joints/ligs. Basically i just want something that really gets my acl stronger than it was so i don't blow it out again. I am currently not playing football anymore so i wouldn't get tested so this is why i'm considering some gear this time around. Next time i go in for a check i'm going to ask my doc as well what he thinks.

I dont know if gear is the answer. I have done it. It was 3 months after shoulder surgery but it wasnt to rehab my shoulder or any tendons.

Equipoise @ 3 mg/kg will increase procollagen III by approximately 340%

That sounds awesome - if dam NCAA would let athletes get the kind of care that normal patients could get like i proly wouldn't of blow my knee again..340% dam

Dude, search under my name and read my post op posts from having a major spinal injury. To quickly summarize them the best things to use are HGH and deca. Shoot me a PM if you have more specific questions I can help ya out with. Karma is always nice. Good luck bro.

look around the pt room for a pt you can tell knows the deal (lot of bb are pts from my exper)--he will have the best advice--unless you had an orthopod like i did --the guy made a honda civic look small and i think he could curl one
