Gay People: How Did you Come Out??

Thanks...I'm just curious...I have always admired people who are able to live an honest life despite so much pressure to conform to the typical standards of society.

I was hiding in a closet from a gay person, and came out 1 hour later. does that count?

My little brother listened in to a private phone conversation between me and my girlfriend. It took YEARS for me to forgive my brother.

He told my parents (I was a college freshman), and I decided to tell the truth rather than lie.

My parents requested I go see a psychotherapist. Haha!

By the time I told my parents, I had been with at least two women.
 
Uh julius, why would you come on to this board as a very famous college athlete and ask these questions using your real name? Why wouldn't you use an alias? Thanks.

on a side note.. my sister was dating this guy.. well she found she liked his brother much better.. dumped the dude.. and ended up marrying the brother.. not long after.. the first brother came out of the closet..


and for the nature boy.. did you ever consider that this just might not be the real julius peppers??

We didn't remain married, but I know a handful of couples in which one member is bisexual. Ain't no big thing.

that could be dangerous in Alabama, although I did spend some of the most decadent days of my 20s in Mobile.

I came out of the closet earlier this evening. I couldn't find the shirt I wanted to wear, so I had to get in there and find it. Damn good shirt too if I must say so.
