What's up everyone. So I started Mitotropin today. I am gonna do it for 30 days, and see if it's any good. I am starting out at 208lbs and about 16% BF I'm guessing. I am gonna run three times a week in the morning for 30 min intervals and then lift M-Fat lunch time. I will keep a log on here to let eveyone know how it goes. As for today, I took the first dose this morning and it felt a lot like when I took redline for the first time, just kind of light headed and unable to sit still. That feeling lasted for about 4 hours. Took the afternoon dose with a protein shake and didn't really feel much. I am gonna take it tommorrow before I run, so we'll see. Later...
