Gaspari Mitotropin

What's up everyone. So I started Mitotropin today. I am gonna do it for 30 days, and see if it's any good. I am starting out at 208lbs and about 16% BF I'm guessing. I am gonna run three times a week in the morning for 30 min intervals and then lift M-Fat lunch time. I will keep a log on here to let eveyone know how it goes. As for today, I took the first dose this morning and it felt a lot like when I took redline for the first time, just kind of light headed and unable to sit still. That feeling lasted for about 4 hours. Took the afternoon dose with a protein shake and didn't really feel much. I am gonna take it tommorrow before I run, so we'll see. Later...
 
Day 2. Did 3 mile run on treadmill, and sweated alot more than normal. Other than that, it's day too so I guess I can't expect much. I felt a lot better than yesterday though. Also, had a tough time falling asleep last night. 28 more days to go...
 
So today is day 4. I have only done cardio one day on it, but I have lifted every day. I am going to run tomorrow and and sunday so well see how it goes. I am still about the same weight although my stomach does feel perhaps a tiny bit tighter, probably just in my head at this point. More to come later.
 
This looks like an interesting product and I await your results. Gaspari puts out good products.

I am interested in this "Uncoupling Complex" Mitotropin contains and how it compares to DNP or Usnic Acid. I am sure it is not as toxic as those two, but does it work as good?

I am a big fan of gaspari as well. I have tried many products fat burner products over the last year Cytolean, Redline, Lipo6x, Tight, Hydroxycut. I think I got my best results from the Lipo6x but we'll see how this goes. Next time I cut down I am gonna try the AGX stack as I have read nothing but great things about it. As far as the mitotropin I think it might be starting to kick in. I went for a half hour run this morning and I don't know why but it was one of the best runs I have done. I felt great and not tired at all. Usually, I hate running, but it was good today. I also am definetly sweating alot more than normal. I will take new measurements on Tuesday, that will be a week.
 
So it has been about 11 days now. I am pretty happy so far. I don't get the crazy head feelings anymore unless I wait to long after to eat. I think the best news is how it makes you feel while doing cardio and you sweat like crazy. I have lost about 4 pounds so far and almost an inch off of my waist.
 
Good luck man! I've heard a lot of positive things from mitotropin from other forums. You should keep losing the pounds along with cardio and diet
 
Thanks, man. I am loving it so far. Today is day 18. I have lost about an inch and a quarter on my waist. I weighed in 4 days ago and they got me at 199 and 11% BF. Keep in mind, this is the military BF measurement system so it is not even close to accurate but the scale is. So I have lost nine pounds. My workouts have conisted of cardio M, W, and F 30 minutes each. I usually run at least two of those workouts and elipitical the other one. I also have been lifting M-F at lunch time. The only thing I am taking besides Mitotropin is protein and a multivitamin. I hurt my wrist really bad the other day lifting, so for the rest of this week I am just doing cardio and I will try to lift again on Monday. I got to let that thing heal becuase I plan on starting my second cycle of test as soon as I finish this Mitotropin. As for my diet. I usually take three pills in the morning, then wait a half hour until I have my morning protein shake, a bowl of oatmeal, and a piece of fruit. Then about 2-3 hours later another protein. Then I go lift at lunch followed by a post-workout protein and my other three Mito pills. about a half hour after the protein I usually have chicken or turkey with some cottage cheese and fruit. Two hours later another protein, and then a healthy dinner followed up by some more cottage cheese and fruit for dessert. I'll post more later.
