hey buddy, i just wanted to thank you for telling me about inositol. i am terribly depressed and have so much god damn anxiety its sick man. i started to take inositol about 2 weeks ago taking it in gram doses about 6 times a day = about 6 grams a day. i didnt really feel any different or happy or anything but i stuck with it. 2 days ago i stopped taking it cause i didnt think it was doing anything. the last 2 days ive been crying and shit like a little bitch thinking about suicide again. i started taking it again today and i feel alot better. i really think it has helped my. im far from being normal but at least i dont feel like crying anymore. thx man. now if i could just find something to help me sleep
 
combine it with 5htp....it turns into melatonin and helps u sleep like a baby. It also increases levels of seratonin in the brain and helps keep u happy.
