BTW... Galaxy Gym has a couple of fatties that are hitting Golds Gym in Nashua here and there. They are doing 1/4 reps and the shit isn't even that heavy.
They are definately not respresenting the Galaxy Gym I know of!!!
How pissed would Wayne be if he knew some of his guys were going to other gyms.. LOL.

Hate to say it but i just signed up at Concord Fitness.LOL I do my squatting at Galaxy Gym on Saturdays tho. The new equipment at Galaxy sucks tho. Its all plate loaded shit. Like even the leg ext and lat pulldown u have to add plates. Im all set with that shit. Plus Im a state employee so my gym membership gets paid for, all but $18 for the year at Concord Fitness. I was thinking of holding out till the new golds opened in Concord in Dec but the place im at now has everything I need. Few hammer strength machines and a nice smith so im happy.

Did I hear that correctly? "Few Hammer Strength machines and a nice smith"??? Tell you you built that mass with Hammer's and smith's and I will order some for my living room... If so, that is truly impressive and should be noted for everyone.. I am a strong believer in those machines but I never get any support. I went to a D1 school and played football there and I have watched many guys build solid frames with those machines....
