I'm not getting too far on the anabolic board, I need some advice from the pros!!

C'mon, where are my gurus at?:D

Here is what I have come up with. I look foreward to Huck, el cubano and the other knowledgable mods to critique and revise the plan so that we can come up with the difinifitive post cycle recovery program.

Gainskeeper Formula 2002

I would add Phosphatydlserine in week 9 @ 800 mg per day to help return cortisol levels to normal that way you wouldn't have to be on clomid the whole cycle. I would leave the clomid for theraputic purposes. Also add DHEA starting week 11. Both are available at your local health food store and the Phosphatydlserine by Solaray has a 100mg per tab version of just the Phospha. Other brands add a bunch of other crap and charge more. Cheers I hope that helps

Thanks for the input. PS has shown to be effective, but the price doesnt justify the benefit to me personally. Research on DHEA has been geered toward older men, with naturally low levels due to their age, not crazy ass 20 year old BBrs shooting all kinds of hormones into their bodies but are now trying to get back to normal. That makes things much more complicated.

I changed the profiles because I wanted to start from a clean slate and even though Bill Roberts is the man, I'd rather not have any recommedations given prior to people viewing the cycle.

That was my fault. I started off by providing info that contradicted my idea.

Actually the DHEA is going to help increase natural testosterone production regardless of your age. I believe you will need that since your test levels will be next to nothing post cycle. Of course Clomid therapy is there for this purpose but I personally like including OTC stuff because of the lower sides. As far as PS goes I think generally speaking it is pricey but the Solaray brand I mentioned is just PS and I think the reduction of cortisol is well worth the cost, 35-50% in some studies. If you really want to keep gains don't start cutting corners. Good luck and cheers

Great! Thanks for the post. This is what I want.

DHEA is used to make testotsterone. I believe it goes DHEA=>androstenedione=>testosterone. I may be wrong though. I didnt include it because you are trying to get your body making its own test, not getting anything exogenous. That is why the tribulus is in there; it increases production of LH which is a signal for your testes to produce test. The LH may be increased from an outside source, but not the actual production of testosterone by the testes.

PS is good and it does work. For 90% of the people reading this, the enormous cost outweighs the benefits. Its just not practical for most of us, but if you have the cash, go for it!

As far as OTC, I would never use solely OTC supplements to come off of pharmaceutical drugs. They are just two different levels.

Thanks for the great post, and let me know if I am wrong about the DHEA.

I want this to be a team effort, not a debate!!:D

You are wrong about DHEA! DHEA is the most prevalent of the hormones produced by the adrenal glands. After being secreted by the adrenals, it circulates in the bloodstream as DHEA-sulfate (DHEAS) and is converted as needed into other hormones. DHEA converts, in part, to testosterone, which may account for the fact that low blood levels of DHEA have been reported in some men with erectile dysfunction.

In a post cycle situation DHEA is going to help normalize the bodies hormonal state. It will increase test as needed which is an excellent characteristic. As far as using OTC supps I meant as an addition to not in replacement of other post cycle drugs. Merely a way to attack the post cycle dilemma from different angles. I think it's a good idea to find ways to include the use of supplements with lower sides into cycles for health and safety purposes especially if AAS is going to be an ongoing or long term endeavor.

As far as PS, IMO it's worth the money, but it's just my opinion

Thank you!! Fuck yeah, thats what I'm looking for. Give me the doses of DHEA and I'll start making improvements.

I would suggest using 250mg per day weeks 11-13. That will coincide with the HCG use kick starting the testicles, and clomid therapy. It will be nicely segued into your Tribestan which picks up as the DHEA ends. I hope this helps. Cheers-Nolin:D
