Gains have stopped!?

i'm in the middle of my cycle right now and for some reason my gains have stopped. it's been about a week and a half since i've gained any weight. i know the scale lies but i don't think that's the case this time. i've tried eating more this past week and still nothing. should i say fuck the healthy stuff for a day or two and just stuff my face to sort of shock my body back into doing what i want it too or something? idk what's up but it's pissing me off lol.

you're not eating enough, it's that simple. Don't go eat 12 big macs but you need to up your carbs and protien at least and probably up your healthy fats too. You can't gain weight, muscle weight especially, if you don't have excess calories to build on.

in my case i found that a long cycle was just a waste of time. i could run 4 wks and gain 12 lbs or i could run 10 wks and gain 15 lbs. so i ran shorter and more frequent cycles graduating to the blast and cruise. i think i just got used to the gear quick and it was almost like i wasnt on it. i have heard this from others as well. but it could also be the diet. if you have been gaining weight then your diet needs to change also. still i would try a cruize for a wk or 2 then hit it hard again.

yep, same here anything after 10 weeks feels like my body is immune to what i am giving it, and just pointless to keep going and wasting the stuff... imo smaller more intense cycles is the way to go... has to do with your receptors

that's exactly how i feel on my 12 weekers too. i didn't know what was going on. my protein is good for sure but i guess i'll start upping the the other stuff even more than i have. damn this fast metabolism of mine! what would you guys suggest i add into my diet? oatmeal or something like that?

you should already have your ratios down. you would add food keeping the ratios the same. eating shit loads of protein, fats, or carbs wont do anything for you without the others

It is now you must try to hold on to what you have gained. Nobody can gain constantly for 12 weeks. I also think longer cycles is better than shorter ones because your body will adapt to the new gains. I gain most the first 8 weeks.
