gain muscle while losing fat

where do I start with this...

First off, you started AAS at 6'2 and 160 lbs...

The reason you were 160 lbs is because you don't know how to eat. Your diet plan above IS NO WHERE NEAR 7500 CALS. Hell it isn't even half of that...

You don't need AAS, you need food.

Here is my new diet for next week:
9am-10 egg whites boiled 200 cals
11am-60g protein shake w/water 250 cals
1pm-whole chicken breast w/lettuce 400 cals
3pm-6 egg whites boiled 120 cals
5pm-6 can tuna w/salad 1tsp of low fat ranch 400 cals
6pm- 60g protein shake/water 250 cals
8pm- 8oz steak 1/2 chicken breast w/salad 600 cals
10pm- 3 handful of almonds 400 cals
11pm- 1 cup skim milk 120 cals

As you can see your only eating about 2740 cals a day...

I don't see how he could put on 18lbs on that diet let alone 3 weeks in on a test e which takes about that long to really start kickn in anyways...just doesn't add up. I would stop asap, run ur pct and save the rest if ur juice until you've fine more research.

Its mostly water weight and some fat.

What probly happend was he's only been eating like 1800-2000 (since he thought his new diet of 2.8k=7.5k cals his old diet of 5-6 had to be real low) cals a day b4 cycle so the sudden increase of cals up to around 2800 combined with the test probly has put a few lbs on him to go along with the fat and water.


Btw I'm not trying to bash you youstoned just trying to help you see you got an issue here you need to address. Many lighter weight "hardgainers" think they are eating 74332934543 cals a day but 99% of the time after we add it all up its usually less than 2500/day.
 
kind of meal is 6 egg whites? lol that only 18 grams protein id say a dozen egg whites could be a snack to chomp on while the real meals getting made hahaha
