G mail account

PM me an email address and i'll send an invite.
 
I've got like 50 invite I can hand out. PM me an email if anyone still need them. I thought everyone who needed them had them by now.

once you get a gmail account, how can you change the name (title) that is displayed on outgoing mail? what the recepient sees in their mail box.

Click Settings>General>Name>select "Use a business name or nickname"

Go to "Settings" on your right hand corner near your email account nam. You are given a choice of using "Use my name in Google Accounts" OR "Use a business name or nickname".

Or you can click on "Account Settings" after you clicked on "Settings" and under Edit Personal info in your upper left hand corner of the screen click on "Name and More" and change your title displayed. Then save your personal info.

Is that what you were after?

How do you delete messages on these accounts, I don't see a delete option.

I know they say "with 2 gigs of space there's no need to ever delete message again, blah blah blah" but I don't care to keep junk mail and other useless messages around, I'd rather delete them.

mark the checkbox beside the message
go to the More Actions pulldown menu
select "Move to Trash"
